In order for us to receive the funding that your child receives we have to agree to abide by conditions laid out by county council. Below is our statement on admissions, fees and which sessions are available to be claimed under the funding agreement. It is up to each setting how they set this out, so if your child is at two settings you may find that the statements are very different.
Admissions – date that the childs name is put down is entered onto the paper work. When a space becomes available the child who has been on the list the longest will be first depending on them being old enough.
At present, funding is available between the hours of 9 – 12 and 12– 15 and 8.30 -15.00
Extra sessions are £27 per session for a 3 or 4 yr old and £30 for a 2yr old.
Early starts can be booked but depend on staff being available and need to be pre-booked two days in advance.
We do not charge an administration fee or a fee to reserve your place.
We charge for snack. If you do not wish to pay for snack you must inform the manager before the start of term. You can send in a piece of fruit or cheese and crackers for your child in a named container. No other snack will be given out.
We can charge for suncream, nappies and school dinners.
If you wish to order a school dinner for your child it must be paid for on the day. Failure to pay on the day will result in no meals being ordered in the future unless a cash payment is handed in to a member of staff that morning or a photo showing a bank transfer is sent to the pre-school before 9am.
If your child is due to attend on a bank holiday you need to be aware that they will not receive their full entitlement as it cannot be taken with another provider and we will be unable to offer an additional day.
During the year we will hold events, Christmas sing a long, celebrating Mother's day etc, where we will ask that you purchase a ticket to attend. There is no obligation for you to attend.

Dedicated Staff
Staff are qualified to Level 3 or above in an Early Years qualification and hold paediatric first aid certificates.
Every child is allocated a keyperson forging a link between child, parent and setting.

Funding
Funding of hours can be applied for according to eligibility criteria up to 30hrs a week.
